The 32,000-square-foot building is dedicated to the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth (Ky.), who founded the hospital in 1951. Tentative plans for the SCN Medical Office Building include housing the Flaget Center for Orthopedics and outpatient rehabilitation services on the first floor and physician offices on the second floor.
The facility will connect to the hospital’s surgery discharge door via a covered walkway.
The project is scheduled to be completed in July 2013.
