Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center Opens Breast Cancer Center

Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore is opening a new breast cancer center, according to a Baltimore Business Journal report.

The 3,000-square-foot center will offer mammograms and follow-up with radiology and cancer treatment specialists. The center also has navigators on staff to guide patients through the different stages of treatment.

The facility houses patient consultation rooms, a mammography test room, a radiology reading room and waiting areas for patients and their family members, according to the report.
