• Demonstrated leadership in the healthcare industry
• Previous consulting experience desired, preferably with a large consulting firm
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and identify and foster business development opportunities
• Experience working in healthcare organizations, preferably in several business areas
• Experience with technology/system implementation, operations, integration, strategy development and/or process improvement initiatives desired
• B.A. or B.S. degree required; MBA encouraged
