Huntsville (Ala.) Hospital. Huntsville Hospital has offered cardiac care for more than 30 years. The hospital houses five catheterization labs, three cardiac intensive care units, six dedicated nursing units for cardiac care and has more than 900 staff members devoted to cardiac care. In 2016, Truven Health Analytics named Huntsville Hospital as a Top 50 Cardiovascular Hospital in the nation. The 941-bed hospital earned a three-star rating from the Society of Thoracic Surgeons in 2015 and is a Blue Distinction Center+ for Cardiac Care.
