Mr. Baldwin has worked with the valuation of medical office buildings, skilled nursing facilities and ambulatory surgery centers. He has assisted a variety of professionals, including lenders, developers, operators, brokers and litigators with valuation and consulting. His expertise includes valuation of business enterprises, real estate and personal property.
Mr. Baldwin earned his bachelor of science in finance and bachelor of science in real estate at Florida State University and is an MBA candidate at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
