Good Shepherd Medical Center in Longview, Texas, has begun construction on an emergency center in Kilgore, according to a KETKNBC report.

The Good Shepherd Medical Center Emergency Center will offer emergency services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The facility is expected to open by the end of this year.
