Gila Regional Medical Center in New Mexico Plans $40M Renovation

Gila Regional Medical Center in Silver City, N.M., has planned a $40 million expansion, according to a Las Cruces Sun-News report.

The plans call for upgraded heating/cooling systems, new private patient rooms, an expanded surgical center and space for outpatient services, among other new features. The construction is expected to be complete in 2017.
