Funds Distributed to Healthcare Employees for Hurricane Sandy Losses

The United Hospital Fund has announced that the Hurricane Sandy Health Care Employee Relief Fund has distributed $608,717 to 47 healthcare organizations in New Jersey and New York, according to an AHA News Now report.

The funds will help the 4,124 employees that organizations identify as suffering significant losses in the hurricane.
