During his career, Mr. Baker has experience with the valuation of healthcare facilities including acute care, behavioral health and rehabilitation hospitals. He has also worked with research facilities, physician practices and medical office buildings. His expertise ranges from providing consultations on market assessments to demand analysis, reimbursement issues and development of fixed asset records.
Mr. Baker is a member of several professional organizations, including American Senior Housing Association and Healthcare Financial Management Association. He graduated from Bucknell University with a BS in business administration and was certified as a general real estate appraiser in Maryland and New Jersey.
