The 253-bed children’s hospital moved two years ago to the Anschutz campus, which operates the University of Colorado Hospital and University of Colorado Denver School of Medicine.

The children’s hospital agreed to join Anschutz after receiving a $5 million gift from the Anschutz Foundation, founded by the same person who financed the campus, Denver billionaire Phil Anschutz.
