PCORI Announces Recipients of Comparative Effectiveness Research Funding

The Patient-Centered Outcomes Institute has awarded 25 projects intended to improve patient outcomes and expand comparative effectiveness research funding in its first cycle of funding announcements.

The 25 projects align with the PCORI’s national priorities for research, which include the assessment of prevention, diagnosis and other treatment options; improving healthcare systems; communication and dissemination research; and addressing disparities.
