A 2006 ordinance allowed Atlantic Health System to propose a 1.6 million square-foot redevelopment plan for the Mountain Resort Zone. The plan included a 6,800 square-foot lease for the urgent care center which would be affiliated with Atlantic Health Systems’ partner, Newton Medical Center.

Plans for Atlantic Health System to proceed with the urgent care center elsewhere are uncertain.
