Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak Opens $8.6M Center for Cardiovascular Interventions

Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak (Mich.) has announced the opening of the $8.6 million Suzanne & Herbert Tyler Center for Cardiovascular Interventions.

The 9,000-square-foot center will feature a 1,600-square-foot “hybrid” operating room and catheterization suite. This will allow for blending catheter-based procedures with minimally invasive surgery for treating structural heart disease.

The center will also include a learning facility for training physicians and technical staff.
