Baptist Health South Florida’s Dr. Khurram Nasir Receives Johns Hopkins University Alumnus Award

Miami-based Baptist Health South Florida announced that Khurram Nasir, MD, director of wellness and prevention research at Baptist Health Medical Group, has received the 2013 Distinguished Alumnus Award from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.

Dr. Nasir earned his master’s degree in public health from Johns Hopkins University. He also received postdoctoral training in preventive cardiology in the division of cardiology at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
