Quorum Health Resources recently honored Bruce P. Bailey, CEO of Georgetown (S.C.) Hospital System, with the 2011 Excellence in Leadership awards for Quality Initiatives and Best Overall Performance, according to a report from The Sun News.
Mr. Bailey served as administrator for Abbeville (S.C.) County Memorial Hospital for six years before becoming CEO. He has previous experience in administrative roles at long term and acute care hospitals in Virginia, West Virginia and North Carolina.
