After Mr. Fortner resigned from his post last week, the hospital’s board of directors also voted not to renew contracts for COO Steve Henson and CFO Larry Don Alford. The contracts for both executives expire this August, according to the report. Hospital officials confirmed the executive changes will not affect operations, though they did not disclose reasons for the non-renewed contracts.
