Alabama Cardiovascular Group to Develop New Center in Birmingham

CardioVascular Associates of Birmingham, Ala., has announced it will develop a new 80,000-square-foot center in Birmingham intended to consolidate its group.

CardioVascular Associates, one of the largest cardiology practices in the Southeast, partnered with Corporate Realty Associates as its project developer and Capital Markets Access Company (CMAC) as its financial advisor to complete the transaction, according to a news release.

 

Financing for 100 percent of the $21 million project cost was arranged by CMAC through the City of Birmingham Medical Clinic Board.

 

The new center is scheduled to open in mid-2012.
