AdventHealth Celebration (Fla.) has appointed Omayra Mansfield, MD, as vice president and chief medical officer.
Dr. Mansfield joins the hospital from AdventHealth Apopka (Fla.), where she’s served as CMO since 2020. Under her leadership, the hospital launched a STEMI program, boosted physician engagement scores and improved the patient experience.
Her new role marks a return to AdventHealth Celebration, where she started her career in 2012 as an attending emergency medicine physician.
As CMO, Dr. Mansfield will oversee efforts to expand the hospital’s tertiary service lines, advance clinical quality and deepen physician engagement.
