The 120,000-square-foot facility will be located in Watford City and will include a complete nursing home, according to the report. It will also feature 24 beds, 12 emergency room bays, eight exam rooms and specialty clinic space.
Financing for the project has already begun, with MCHS seeking loans from the state-owned, Bismarck-based Bank of North Dakota and the United States Department of Agriculture’s rural development division, according to the report.
