Regina Herzlinger, PhD, author of, “Who Killed Health Care?: America’s $2 Trillion Medical Problem — and the Consumer Driven Cure,” will deliver the keynote address at the 35th Annual Meeting of Chicago Health Executives Forum on Feb. 3.
