The survey tool, CultureIQ, assesses an organization’s cultural alignment around employee engagement and patient experience. After answering the survey’s 10 questions, leaders are provided a baseline score that can be used to improve engagement and benchmark against other organizations.

Mr. Spiegelman and Mr. Berrett developed the tool as part of the research for their new book, “Patients Come Second, Leading Change By changing The Way You Lead.”
