$20M Tribal Health Centers Officially Open in North Dakota

The $20 million Elbowoods Memorial Health Center in New Town, N.D., is officially open to the public, according to a Minot Daily News report.

The health center was designed to provide 24/7 emergency care and will replace the existing Minne-Tohe Health Center. An 11-member health authority board will serve as the governing body of the health center, which includes health center CEO Dawn Berg and Elbowoods Memorial Health Center project director Jim Foote.
