St. Mary’s Janesville (Wis.) Hospital and the Dean Clinic-Janesville East opened today and began admitting patients almost immediately, according to the Janesville Gazette.
The opening of the $145 million hospital and clinic culminates four years of planning and over two years of construction. SSM Health Care and Dean Health System collaborated to initiate the large scale project.
Dean, one of the largest integrated healthcare delivery systems in the country, is a longtime partner of St. Mary’s, a subsidiary of SSM Health Care.
