St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center in New York Opens Oncology Unit

St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center in Syracuse, N.Y., announced the opening of a new oncology unit.

The 16-bed unit includes eight private and four semi-private rooms as well as a family waiting room and reception area.

The oncology unit provides a space dedicated to cancer patients; the unit where cancer patients were previously treated was not fully dedicated to oncology.
