The health system uses IncludeHealth’s MSK-OS platform to offer patients an interactive virtual home exercise program to supplement in-person services, according to a Dec. 13 press release from IncludeHealth.
The platform can also monitor patient progress and adjust care plans.
The partnership between the two organizations kicked off in early 2022 at Yale New Haven Hospital but is extending to other parts of the health system in the future.
