Jasper Health’s Coach+ service will be available to people who use Walgreens Find Care, which connects patients with healthcare providers on the pharmacy chain’s app and website. The program uses chat, telemedicine and human coaching to provide psychosocial support for cancer care needs including mental health, physical activity, nutrition, sleep and finances.

“In recent years, significant advancements in oncology treatments and medications have been made, but the need remains for a better cancer care experience for all,” said Greg Orr, chief commercial officer and general manager of Jasper Health, in a June 7 company news release. “By working with Walgreens to expand access to our cancer care services, we hope to help more people navigate the complexities of our healthcare system, lessen their distress, and improve their quality of life.”
