Teladoc sees 4% revenue boost in Q4

In the fourth quarter of 2023, Teladoc Health reported a 4% increase in revenue, reaching $660.5 million compared to $637.7 million in the same period of 2022, according to the company’s Feb. 20 financial results.

Three things to know about Teladoc’s fourth-quarter financial performance:

  1. U.S. revenue experienced a 2% increase, reaching $564.8 million. International revenue saw a 15% increase, reaching $95.8 million.
  2. Teladoc Health’s Integrated Care segment revenue exhibited an 8% increase, totaling $384.4 million, while its BetterHelp segment revenue remained essentially flat at $276.2 million.
  3. Despite increased revenue, the net loss for the fourth quarter of 2023 was $28.9 million, or $0.17 per share. The loss was a significant improvement over the $3.8 billion loss the company recorded in the fourth quarter of 2022.
