Teladoc launched its Primary360 service pilot two years ago. In addition to a Teladoc primary care physician, members have access to a care team for ongoing health and wellness needs as well as navigation to in-person, in-network providers.
Several Fortune 1000 companies have launched the virtual primary care service, and additional large employers and health plans including Aetna plan to launch it nationally in early 2022, according to the news release.
