Teladoc launches mental healthcare service: 4 notes

Teladoc Health is expanding its virtual care offering through the launch of its new mental healthcare service MyStrength Complete, the company said May 11.

Four notes:

1. MyStrength Complete will offer personalized mental health services to consumers as an integration of Teladoc’s virtual platform.

2. The new service combines app-based tools and coaching support with Teladoc’s therapists and psychiatrists.

3. MyStrength Complete will be available to consumers through their health plans or employers in July.

4. The new service was developed through the integration of Teladoc and Livongo, Teladoc COO David Sides said in the news release. The companies completed their merger in October for $18.5 billion.
