The platform, which is now live at the health system, will support Jefferson’s comprehensive telehealth program, JeffConnect. The configurable technology allows Jefferson Health providers to offer a number of services and care options to patients via telemedicine. JeffConnect includes outpatient care, transitions in care and inpatient care.
Additionally, Jefferson Health is developing the National Academic Center for Telehealth, which will further Jefferson’s telehealth initiatives and will serve as a hub for research and educational initiatives.
