InTouch Health, Vivify Health join forces for integrated telehealth solution

InTouch Health and Vivify Health are partnering to integrate Vivify Health's remote care management solutions with InTouch Health's telehealth platform.

The partnership will allow physicians to remotely manage high-risk patients using Vivify Health's mobile patient engagement and monitoring solutions from within InTouch's telehealth platform.

"We are pleased that InTouch Health and Vivify Health have partnered to create a single telehealth platform, which seamlessly integrates with the provider's workflow regardless of the setting," said Christopher Northam, vice president of telehealth at Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare. "This capability signals a significant shift in the industry; previously, our providers would have to utilize separate technologies based on the patient's care setting. Now, they are able to utilize a single, integrated telehealth platform to deliver care at or above the same clinical standard as an in-person encounter. This enables timely access to high quality care through telehealth, regardless of if the patient is in an acute, ambulatory or home setting."
