Henry Ford selects telehealth platform that integrates with Epic MyChart

Detroit-based Henry Ford Health System partnered with Vidyo to deploy its integrated virtual visits within the Epic MyChart and offer patients telehealth services.

The ability to launch a video consultation on the same interface as the EHR makes telehealth simpler to use for providers as patients show increased interest in the services.

“Healthcare providers look for more integrated ways to connect to simplify workflows. Deeply embedding video technology into the existing clinical workflows that they are already invested in and familiar with is key to the widespread adoption of telemedicine,” said Vidyo CEO Eran Westman.
