The TytoHome tool can be used to examine the heart, lungs, skin, ears, throat and abdomen and measure body temperature. The exams are then sent to a physician for diagnosis.
Initially only available online at Best Buy and Best Buy stores in Minnesota, the tool is now available in California, Ohio and North and South Dakota at 30 Best Buy stores total.
Telehealth platform provider Tyto Care makes the device.
