Dr. Cosgrove’s appointment is particularly fitting, since he predicted in January that 2019 would be the year of telehealth.
Since leaving Cleveland Clinic in 2017 after serving as CEO for 13 years, Dr. Cosgrove has also taken on an advisory role at Google. He acts as an executive advisor to the Google Cloud team’s healthcare and life sciences divisions.
