The plan uses an in-house telemedicine cart with video-conferencing software, a digital stethoscope, a general purpose exam camera with ear, nose and throat attachments as well as a blood pressure meter.

Employees would have access to this in-house telemedicine cart while at work. The tiered plan would also enable employers to make telemedicine carts available for employees to take home, should their dependents need access to remote care.
