Under the agreement, millions of federal employees will have access to telehealth services on the Teladoc platform, which includes mobile app and web video capabilities.
The Service Benefit Plan has been part of the Federal Employee Health Benefits Program since its launch in 1960. It covers roughly 5.3 million federal employees, retirees and associated families.
