The eVisit platform and mobile app allows physicians to interact with patients through HIPAA-compliant, two-way video conferencing. The startup has partnered with more than 20 EHR providers in the past 18 months.

The company’s goal is to streamline patient flow and help physicians monetize after-hour visits. With the new funding — from venture capital firms Kickstart Seed Fund and Arizona Founders Fund and angel investor Jeremy Andrus, CEO of Traeger Grills — eVisit plans to scale its sales, marketing and support efforts.
