The app is an extension of the AASM SleepTM telemedicine platform. On the app, patients can request a live video consultation with sleep specialists on the AASM SleepTM telemedicine network.
“This app will significantly enhance the ability of sleep specialists to meet the growing demand for sleep care while reducing costs and improving efficiency,” said Steve Van Hout, chief architect of AASM SleepTM.
The AASM SleepTM app is available on the App Store for iOS devices. AASM plans to release an app for Android devices on the Google Play store in August.
