Nemours typically uses its telehealth service, dubbed CareConnect, to connect pediatric patients and their families with on-demand care.

However, one of Santa Claus’ elves helped hospitalized children use telehealth tablets to speak with Santa, rather than a remote physician, for one day.

During the video visits, the children at Nemours facilities in Florida and Delaware were able to discuss their Christmas wish lists with Santa.
