Here are seven things to know about the company’s fourth quarter unaudited financial results.
1. Teladoc’s membership rose to 23 million, representing a 31 percent increase over 2016.
2. The company reported roughly 1.46 million visits, or a 53 percent increase over 2016.
3. Teladoc also added that it saw 7 percent utilization, compared to 6 percent utilization in 2016.
4. In Teladoc’s fourth quarter, the company reported total revenues of approximately $76 million, or a 103 percent increase over 2016.
5. For 2018, Teladoc projects total revenues in the range of $350 million to $360 million, which would be a 52 percent increase over 2017 at the midpoint.
6. The company expects total membership to reach 22 million to 24 million, a 20 percent increase over 2017 at the midpoint, plus visit fee only access to 18 million individuals compared to zero in 2017.
7. Teladoc projects 1.9 million to 2 million visits — a 33 percent increase over 2017 at the midpoint — in 2018.
