Warsaw, Ind.-based Zimmer Biomet and CD Diagnostics first partnered in 2012 to develop and market diagnostics for the musculoskeletal healthcare market.
“We’re excited to team up with CD Diagnostics to accelerate the pace of innovation in musculoskeletal diagnostics, ramp up adoption of testing into standard protocols, and arm surgeons with critical data to inform diagnosis, staging, treatment and recovery,” said Dan Williamson, group president of joint reconstruction for Zimmer Biomet.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
