The award recognizes a supplier who consistently demonstrates a commitment to excellence when serving Vizient member hospitals and their patients, according to a news release.
Mark McKenna, the award’s namesake, served as president and CEO of Novation — a Vizient legacy company — from 1999 to 2006.
Medline also received Vizient’s Medical/Surgical Supplier of the Year award during the summit.
