Tecomet buys Symmetry Medical for $450M

Wilmington, Mass.-based Tecomet, a medical device manufacturer has acquired the equipment manufacturing sector of Warsaw, Ind.-based Symmetry Medical, according to a Boston Business Journal report.

Tecomet acquired Symmetry Medical for $450 million. The deal is expected to close before the end of the year, according to the report.
