MD Buyline, TractManager partner to expand offerings

Chattanooga, Tenn.-based TractManager, marketed under the name MediTract, has acquired Dallas-based MD Buyline.

The companies will join forces to offer a wider array of spend and contract management solutions, according to a news release.

“At a time when all healthcare providers, especially our hospital clients, are being asked to optimize each dollar of spend, we see the combination of MediTract and MD Buyline as facilitation operational efficiency consistent with the highest standards of compliance and transparency,” said Donald Deieso, PhD, TractManager chairman, in the news release.
