As part of the partnership, GXO will manage warehouse operations and inventory in Siemens’ Northeast and West Coast markets with its Forward Stocking Network program. The program will increase inventory by more than 30%, according to a Feb. 18 company news release.

“By working with GXO, our Forward Stocking Network is going to offer more capabilities than ever, including rapid delivery options and a longer ordering window for critical products which will greatly help healthcare organizations provide life-saving services,” David Pacitti, president and head of the Americas at Siemens Healthineers, said in the release.

GXO is already managing Siemens’ warehousing in New Jersey and will begin operations in California in the coming months.
