Quantum Medical Transport joins Oracle beta program to develop medical blockchain: 3 notes

Quantum Medical Transport joined Oracle Corp.'s Blockchain Cloud Platform Beta program to accelerate the development of its blockchain technology, Quantum Medical Transport announced March 26.

Here are three notes on the collaboration.

1. Quantum Medical Transport, a Sugar Land, Texas-based medical services technology and transportation company, is developing QuantH, a HIPAA-compliant medical blockchain for secure supply chain and revenue data exchange.

2. QuantH is currently deployed on Oracle's cloud-based integration platform, a major information transfer provider for banks and supply chain vendors.

3. Ricky Bernard, president of Quantum Medical Transport, said in a March 26 statement, "With Oracle's collaboration with development and their Blockchain Cloud Service, we can accelerate revenue, create new revenue streams and reduce cost and risk by securely extending medical blockchain business applications and processes while speeding up transactions across our partner ecosystem."
