Premier closes dose tracking agreement with Sectra

Charlotte, N.C.-based Premier entered into a group purchasing agreement for dose tracking with Sectra, a Swedish medical imaging IT company.

Through the agreement, Premier members will receive special pricing and pre-negotiated terms for Sectras dose monitoring software.

The Sectra DoseTrack system collects and reports dose data from all possible sources within a health systems imaging department.

The deal is effective July 2016. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
