Pennsylvania health system taps Medline as prime vendor

Union Community Care, a nonprofit health system that operates across Lancaster, Lebanon and Chester counties in Pennsylvania, has signed a prime vendor agreement with Medline.

The agreement gives Union Community Care access to Medline’s portfolio of medical-surgical products, including lab supplies, exam gloves, needles and capital equipment, according to an April 23 news release.

The partnership also includes supply chain support services aimed at streamlining ordering, improving delivery reliability and supporting operations.
