Amazon employee Devan Shoemaker was run over by a truck tractor when trying to hook up a trailer to the vehicle, according to Cumberland County Coroner Charles Hall. Mr. Shoemaker experienced several traumatic injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating the death. OSHA spokeswoman Joanna Hawkins told Penn Live the investigation could take up to six months.
