Medtronic, headquartered in Minneapolis, will act as a reseller of Canary Health’s platform programs. In addition to pre-diabetes management solutions, Medtronic plans to offer Canary Health’s other chronic self-management programs relating to diabetes.

The two companies will also develop programs that combine Medtronic’s devices, services and infrastructure with Canary Health’s behavior change programs, design insights and user engagement reports.
